► Impurity position and electric field effects on the binding energy are investigated. ► Hydrostatic pressure and temperature effects on the binding energy are also studied. ► Binding energy strongly depends on the impurity position and electric field strength. ► Hydrostatic pressure and temperature have a great influence on the binding energy.
