Computational modeling of novel InN/Al0.30In0.70N multilayer nano-heterostructure

► Unusual properties of InN are discussed along with nano-multi-heterostructure. ► Various parameters of the novel heterostructure InN/Al0.30In0.70N have been studied. ► The results will be useful in designing nano-opto-electronic devices. ► The devices can have high speed switching at low power consumption.
