Temperature-dependent self-energy of single-walled carbon nanotubes
چکیده انگلیسی
The temperature-dependent self-energy of single-walled carbon nanotubes is derived within the GW approximation. It is due to all the interband and intraband electronic excitations during the e-e Coulomb interactions. The self-energy is mainly determined by the transferred momentum, the transferred angular momentum, the subband index, and the temperature. For each state, the total Coulomb scattering rate includes the electron and hole decay rates. The same decay rates could also be obtained from the Golden Rule by Fermi.
