I-V characteristics of two-dimensional nanodot-array single electron transistors

► A two-dimensional nanodot-array single-electron transistor (2DA-SET) analytical current-voltage model is proposed. ► Simulations show that by a 2DA-SET, it is possible to have Single electron Transistor in higher temperature. ► Self island capacitance and inter-dot spacing variation have small effects on blockade regime of 2DA-SET.
