• The Rashba spin-orbit coupling (SOC) modulating quantum pump driven by triple time-dependent potentials is investigated. Time reversal of the system is discussed by using the Floquet scattering technology. Transport properties show that the pumped currents can be totally modulated. And the modulations can come from the coupling of the potential parameters and the SOC.
Quantum pump transports driven by triple time-dependent potentials are investigated. The pump center is formed by semiconductors due to the Rashba spin–orbit coupling (SOC) and connected to two normal leads. The parametric modulations to the pumped charge currents are obtained by using the Floquet scattering technology. With the study of this pump mechanism, the modulated currents pumped from the system via the coupling of the potential parameters and the SOCs are discussed in detail.
