Numerical study of localization length in disordered graphene nanoribbons

► We have investigated transport properties in a defective GNR (line of defects) attached to armchair GNR leads. ► The method is based on a tight-binding Green's function. ► The localization length is investigated, numerically. ► By controlling disorder concentration, the extended states can be separated from localized states.
