Intersubband transitions and refractive index changes in coupled double quantum well with different well shapes

► We have shown that the DQW is tilted by changing the electric field strength and direction. ► We can observe that the applied electric field strength and direction changes the separation between subbands. ► The linear absorption peaks and the refractive index vary by change of the electric field values.
