Optical properties of impurity-bound polaron in a parabolic quantum dot

► We propose a procedure to study impurity states in a polar quantum dot. ► The nonlinear optical property of an impurity is strongly affected by LO phonon. ► The polaron effect increases with decreasing dimensionality of a quantum dot.
