Atomic simulation of the dynamic properties for a double period structure with 90° partial dislocation in Si

► The motion sequences of kinks and RD of a DP structure were obtained. ► The activation energies of short and long dislocation segments were calculated. ► It is found that the experimental results may be between these two values.
