Thermodynamic and electrical properties of CuCrTiS4CuCrTiS4

• We study thermodynamic and electrical properties of spinel CuCrTiS4CuCrTiS4.
• Electrical resistivity shows insulating temperature dependence.
• Thermal conductivity has the contribution from the localized vibration hopping mode.
• Thermopower can be reproduced by the Matoba’s model in the wide temperature range.
• CuCrTiS4CuCrTiS4 has a dimensionless figure of merit of 0.01 at 300 K.
