Free surface flow around a ship model using an interface-capturing method

► A free surface, turbulent flow code using the Slightly Compressible Flow formulation is developed. ► Turbulent flows were simulated using the Baldwin-Lomax turbulence model. ► The grid is generated using an algebraic grid generator. ► The method is an interface-capturing one, on a fixed grid. ► The results show very good agreement with the experimental results.
