Pressure drop calculation of gas path for heat treatment system of Nb3Sn superconducting coils

► A heat treatment system for Nb3Sn coils/conductors was developed. ► Gas path system is designed to improve the heat treatment for CICC. ► Empirical formulas are firstly adopted to analyze the pressure change of Ar gas. ► Pressure drop of the gas path is calculated and analyzed.
