Kidins220/ARMS depletion is associated with the neural-to Schwann-like transition in a human neuroblastoma cell line model

► Chemical differentiation of neuroblastoma cells reduces Kidins220 expression. ► Kidins220 silencing induces morphologic differentiation. ► DCX and STMN2 genes are down regulated after Kidins220 depletion. ► In vitro expression patterns match the expression in neuroblastic tumor samples.
