Proteome modifications of fingerling rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) muscle as an effect of dietary nucleotides

► The fish fed diets with 0.15-0.2% nucleotides showed higher growth rate. ► Dietary nucleotides caused differential expression of muscle metabolic proteins. ► Troponin-T-1 as a structural protein was increased in fish fed nucleotides.
