Indications actualisées de l'IRM du sein : synthèse du référentiel édité par The European Society of Breast Cancer Specialist (EUSOMA)

These guidelines were written after a workshop held in October 20 and 21, 2008 with The European Society of Breast Cancer Specialist (EUSOMA), and synthesis was published in European Journal of Cancer in March 2010. This meeting included 23 breast specialists including statisticians, geneticians, oncologists, radiologists, radiation physicians and surgeons. These guidelines were based on a detailed analysis of medical literature on breast MRI until June 2009 (223 published references). This manuscript is an adapted synthesis of EUSOMA recommendations with in addition, recommendations provided by HAS for the specific question of breast cancer staging.
