Complications vasculaires poplitées bilatérales d’une exostose héréditaire multiple

RésuméL’exostose osseuse est une tumeur bénigne rare de l’os dont les complications vasculaires peuvent être d’ordre veineux ou artériel se traduisent en différents tableaux. Nous rapportons le cas d’un jeune adulte qui présente un faux anévrisme de l’artère poplitée droite associée à une artère poplitée piégée à gauche. Le patient a bénéficié d’un traitement chirurgical avec bonne évolution clinique et radiologique.
