Endodontic management of maxillary canine with two root canals

The maxillary canine is usually single-rooted with a single canal, and deviations from this norm are relatively rare. This article presents a case of endodontic management of a maxillary canine with two root canals in a single root, and use of Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) to confirm the same. The article further highlights the importance of negotiating and cleaning the anticipated pulp space, along with aberrations, for a successful endodontic treatment.
