Mucormycose cutanée primaire : à propos d’un cas

RésuméLes auteurs rapportent l’histoire clinique d’un patient ayant présenté une mucormycose cutanée au décours d’un délabrement post-traumatique du membre inférieur gauche. La mucormycose est une infection fongique opportuniste, due à des champignons du groupe des mucorales présents dans l’environnement. Il existe différentes formes cliniques de la maladie ; elle survient en général sur un terrain prédisposé déficient. Le diagnostic repose sur l’examen mycologique et anatomopathologique. L’approche thérapeutique doit être multidisciplinaire ; de la précocité du traitement dépend le pronostic vital et fonctionnel.

The authors report the clinical history of a patient having presented a cutaneous mucormycosis at the waning of a traumatic dilapidation post of the left lower limb. Mucormycosis is an opportunist fungic infection due to mushrooms of the group of the mucorales present in the environment. There are various clinical forms of the disease; it occurs in general on a defective predisposed ground. The diagnosis rests on the mycologic and anatomopathologic examination. The therapeutic approach must be multidisciplinary; on the precocity of the treatment depends the vital and functional forecast.
