Lipostructure du tiers moyen du visage

RésuméDans notre optique, le tiers moyen du visage peut être corrigé dans la plupart des cas, après avoir analysé le vieillissement particulier du patient, par une restauration des volumes perdus. Ces atrophies sont essentiellement graisseuses et les microgreffes de tissu adipeux ont notre préférence depuis maintenant 11 ans pour l’amélioration du tiers moyen du visage. Cette technique doit faire partie de stratégies et peut être réalisée isolément, conjointement à un lifting médiofacial ou simultanément à un lifting cervicofacial. Cet article détaille la technique, les indications et montre quelques résultats-types.

SummaryThe middle third of the face can be improved in most of the cases, after studying the particular ageing of the patient, by a restoration of the shapes of youth. This atrophy is mainly a fatty one and, for the last 11 years, we practice micro-fat grafts of adipose tissue for the reshaping of the middle third of the face. This technique is used for the rejuvenation of the face and can be realised as an isolated procedure or combined with another one. This article describes the technique, the indications and shows some results.
