The number of circulating CD4+CD25highFoxp3+ T lymphocytes is transiently elevated in the early childhood of transient hypogammaglobulinemia of infancy patients

► The number of Treg is transiently elevated in early childhood of THI patients.
► Decreasing over time number of Treg in THI is associated with IgG level normalization.
