A pro-inflammatory role for A20 and ABIN family proteins in human fibroblast-like synoviocytes in rheumatoid arthritis

► RA-FLS lines were categorized to high- or low-responder group by TNFα stimulation. ► High-responder transcribes inflammatory cytokines, TNFα, IL-1β, and IL-6 by TNFα. ► “NF-κB inhibitors”, A20/ABINs were simultaneously transcribes with them. ► Over-expression of A20/ABINs augmented the production of inflammatory cytokines.
