Sinus dermiques compliqués

Spinal dysraphism is used to refer to the incomplete fusion or malformation of bone and neural structures of the spine region due to errors in the closure of the neural tube during the fourth week of embryogenesis. Congenital dermal sinuses are relatively uncommon. Patients may suffer significant morbidity and mortality simply due to a lack of awareness of this problem. We report two cases of complicated dermal sinuses.
