ترجمه چکیده
شیوه های آموزش و پرورش یک لحظه کلیدی در توسعه حرفه ای مربی است. اینها باید با 2 مؤسسه که باید تکمیل شوند، با یکدیگر هماهنگ شوند: دانشگاه و مراکز آموزشی. این تعامل باید توسط بازتاب در عمل، مشارکت، دانش تفکر عملی معلم و توسعه برنامه های همکاری رسانه ای شود. این مقاله به منظور بررسی شیوه های تجربی اولین دوره های آموزشی دانشجویان برای ایجاد استراتژی های مداخله در کلاس درس، لازم برای تولید وظایف سازگار با توسعه و شناختی و بین فردی است. به همین ترتیب، یک برنامه تشکیل دهنده شیوه ها براساس شناسایی نیازها، روشن شدن و فرمولبندی مشکلات، و جستجوی راه حل های لازم برای تولید و اجرای برنامه های عملی ارائه می شود.

چکیده انگلیسی
The practices of education constitute a key moment in professional development of the educator. These must intergesticulate with 2 institutions that must complement: the university and the educational centers. This interaction has to be mediatized by the reflection in the action, the participation, the knowledge of the practical thought of the teacher and the development of collaborative programs. This article has for object analyze the first educational experiences of the student body in formation to generate strategies of intervention in the classroom, necessary for the production of tasks adapted to his cognitive and interpersonal development. Equally, a formative program of practices is presented, based on the identification of needs, clarification and formulation of problems, and search combines of solutions, necessary for the production and putting in practice of action plans.
