Feminisms and print culture, 1830–1940: Guide to selected Canadian web resources

SynopsisThis guide to Canadian resources draws upon “Constructing Canada Online: Building for Web-based research into first wave feminism in Canada”, presented at the Multi-mediating Women's Voices workshop in Hamilton, September 2004. The guide identifies the key resource discovery tools for Canada's printed heritage, and then describes a number of specific format- and subject-based electronic projects. It concludes with thoughts on the proposed multi-disciplinary electronic initiative to support research and enquiry into feminisms and print culture.
