Dosimetric analysis of rectal filling on rectal doses during vaginal cuff brachytherapy

Larger rectal volumes are associated with higher rectal dose parameters during VCB fractions. Prospective studies are needed to investigate whether these data are linked to differences in rectal toxicity.
