Diagnosis of congenital fibrosarcoma facilitated by pre- and postnatal MRI

Congenital fibrosarcoma is a rare soft tissue tumor, which may present at birth. Hereby we report the prenatal MRI findings of a congenital extremity fibrosarcoma and correlate it with the postnatal MRI findings.
