MRI findings of transitional cell carcinoma of the ovary

We report the magnetic resonance (MR) imaging findings of ovarian transitional cell carcinoma (TCC), a rare subtype of ovarian surface epithelial-stromal cancer. MR imaging showed large solid mass including various amounts of cystic components and necrosis, vividly describing this entity's pathological structures.
