Fracture and Migration of Celect Inferior Vena Cava Filters: A Retrospective Review of 741 Consecutive Implantations

No fracture of a Celect filter was observed in this large cohort over a relatively short follow-up interval. The results also suggest that the Celect filter has an adequate securing mechanism to prevent distant en-bloc or significant intracaval migration.
