Place de l’imagerie hybride TEMP/TDM dans l’ectopie rénale. À propos de deux cas

RésuméL’ectopie rénale est une malposition par anomalie de migration lors du développement embryonnaire. Elle peut être haute, basse ou encore croisée. L’association à une malformation obstructive est assez fréquente. L’objectif de ce travail est de mettre en relief l’intérêt de la scintigraphie au 99mTc-HMDP dans la découverte fortuite de ce type de malformation à travers l’observation de deux patients présentant une pathologie néoplasique, l’ectopie rénale est découverte après visualisation de l’excrétion du radiotraceur à travers l’arbre urinaire.

Renal ectopia is malposition by abnormal migration during embryonic development. It can be high, low or cross. An association with obstructive malformation is quite common. The objective of this work is to highlight the interest of 99mTc-HMDP in the fortuitous discovery of this type of malformation through the observation of two patients with malignant disease; renal ectopia is discovered after visualization of radiotracer.
