Patrón alveolar nodular como forma de presentación de la toxicidad pulmonar por amiodarona

We report the case of a woman treated with amiodarone that presented multiple nodular lesions at plain-film radiography and high-resolution CT that were compatible with pulmonary toxicity caused by amiodarone at pathologic examination.
