Defence response of tomato seedlings to oxidative stress induced by phenolic compounds from dry olive mill residue
چکیده انگلیسی
► The effects of phenolic compounds from DOR on tomato seedlings have been studied. ► Tomato seed germination index was strongly reduced in the presence of ADOR. ► ADOR's phenolic compounds produce oxidative stress. ► As a consequence, a defense response is induced by the seedling antioxidant system. ► Bioremediated ADOR can alleviate the oxidative stress triggered by the phenolic compounds.
