Multivariate toxicity profiles and QSAR modeling of non-dioxin-like PCBs - An investigation of in vitro screening data from ultra-pure congeners

► NDL-PCBs have a complex spectrum of adverse effects but lack a risk assessment (RA). ► 21 Ultra-purified PCBs were screened in vitro for 28 different responses. ► Multivariate toxicity profiles were defined from the in vitro screening results. ► Two QSAR models added SAR expertise to aid in future RA processes of NDL-PCBs.
