A multiscale discontinuous Galerkin method for convection–diffusion–reaction problems

We provide a general framework of multiscale discontinuous Galerkin methods developed in Buffa et al. (2006), Hughes et al. (2006) for general second-order partial differential equations. We establish stability of the method and prove the error estimates.
