Hierarchical TiO2 Structures Derived from F− Mediated Oriented Assembly as Triple-functional Photoanode Material for Improved Performances in CdS/CdSe Sensitized Solar Cells

Different types of TiO2 hierarchical structures were selectively prepared with F− mediated anisotropic assembling processes and an enhanced PCE of 4.9% was demonstrated when HTS-TN was used as triple-functional photoanode material for CdS/CdSe co-sensitized solar cells.
