Une expérience de formation à la pédagogie universitaire : penser la transmission

RésuméL'université de New Hampshire propose une formation très intéressante à la pédagogie universitaire. Cet article s'attache à témoigner des apports de cette formation, incitant notamment les enseignants à trouver leur propre style d'enseignement et à développer une philosophie de la transmission. L'une des particularités du cursus de psychologie clinique et psychopathologique est d'assimiler non seulement des notions théoriques mais aussi une pratique, un savoir-faire et un savoir-être. Ce qui rend d'autant plus exigeante la mission de l'enseignant-chercheur de cette discipline et nécessite donc de penser à plusieurs pour susciter la créativité pédagogique.

The university of New Hampshire offers a very interesting training of pedagogy at university. Here are described the inputs of this training, encouraging the teachers to find their own philosophy of teaching. Studies of clinical psychology and psychopathology are specific: students assimilate not only theories but also a practice, a know-how and a know-how-to-be. Therefore, the mission of the teacher of psychology at the university is particularly challenging, requiring to think together to stimulate a pedagogical creativity.
