Tuning sensitivity of a simple hydrazone for selective fluorescent “turn on” chemo-sensing of Al3+ and its application in living cells imaging

Functionalized hydrazones (RSMPH) were prepared and structurally characterized. These hydrazones exhibited fluorescence “turn on” response toward Al3+. This phenomenon was studied spectroscopically in details. These hydrazones were also studied in living cells imaging.198
