Homologous and heterologous expression of grapevine E-(β)-caryophyllene synthase (VvGwECar2)

We studied a grapevine E-(β)-caryophyllene synthase, performing first a characterization of the enzyme, and then creating plants which overexpress it and analysing their volatile emission by headspace collection.
