HPLC-UV-ESI-MS analysis of phenolic compounds and antioxidant properties of Hypericum undulatum shoot cultures and wild-growing plants
چکیده انگلیسی
► LC-MS and HPLC-UV were used to study the phenolics of Hypericum undulatum. ► 23 phenolic were identified in HU wild growing (WG) and culture growing (CG) plants. ► HPLC-UV was used to quantify and compare the major phenolic compounds. ► HU WG plants have more phenolics compared to in vitro shoot cultures. ► HU WG plants have higher antioxidants properties compared to CG plants.
