Terpenoids from root bark of Celastrus orbiculatus

► Ten terpenoid derivatives were identified from Celastrus orbiculatus. ► All isolates were tested for activity against T cell proliferation. ► The reaction mechanism of celastrol under acidic condition was proposed.
