چکیده انگلیسی
Metabolic engineering is focus in the production of a huge diversity of polyunsaturated fatty acids with an economical interest. In this study, we characterized factors contributing to improve the activity of sunflower plastidial ω3-desaturase, HaFAD7, expressed in yeast.
