This review updates enantioselective multicatalysed tandem reactions covering the literature since the beginning of 2010. This compilation clearly demonstrates that the concept of multicatalysis, involving organocatalysts, transition metals as well as enzymes, has emerged as a powerful tool in asymmetric total synthesis.
