Palladium-mediated synthesis of poly-fused heterocycles from Baylis-Hillman adducts

We synthesized various poly-fused heterocyclic compounds in good to moderate yields via the intramolecular Heck type reaction of Baylis-Hillman adducts modified with indole, imidazole, benzimidazole, and isatin.
