A benzothiazole-based fluorescent probe for thiol bioimaging

This Letter discloses a benzothiazole-based fluorescent probe for thiols, which exhibited high on/off signal ratios and good selectivity toward thiols over other analytes, and was successfully applied to the imaging of thiols in living cells.
