First principles study on the structural, magnetic and electronic properties of Co-doped FeF3

► Co doping in FeF3 would not impair the structure. ► With the increase of Co-doping concentration, the stability of Co doped FeF3 would become worse. ► The conduction of FeF3 can be improved effectively by Co doping.
