Matrix-based approach for the inversion of ARXPS data

► A matrix-based analytical “Tikhonov solution” to the inversion of ARXPS data is presented. ► Results are equivalent to those from a conventional unconstrained numerical approach. ► Positivity constraints shift the optimal regularization parameter away from the L-Curve corner.
