The influence of different growth conditions on the charge density wave transition of 1T-TiSe2

▶ We compare different crystal growth temperatures for TiSe2 in terms of its CDW phase. ▶ Photoemission and resistivity measurements are presented. ▶ Different experimental signatures for the strength of the CDW phase are discussed.
