Synthesis of down conversion, high luminescent nano-phosphor materials based on new developed Ln3+:Y2Zr2O7/SiO2 for latent fingerprint application

► Different lanthanide ions doped Y2Zr2O7/SiO2 (LnYZS) were prepared. ► The prepared LnYZS nano-phosphors act as good down-converting materials. ► The EuYZS and TbYZS nano-phosphors were applied for finger print detection.
