Synthesis and optical properties of Er3+ and Eu3+ doped SrAl2O4 phosphor ceramic

► Eu and Er doped SrAl2O4 phosphor were prepared by solid state reaction. ► They were investigated by XRD, Raman spectroscopy, PL and TSL. ► Eu and Er doped SrAl2O4 phosphors show TSL signal for UV and beta irradiation.
