Solubility of erythritol in different aqueous solvent mixtures

► The solubilities of erythritol in three mixed solvents were measured over the temperature range of (278.15 to 333.15) K; ► Solubility was determined by the analytical stirred-flask method; ► The solubilities of erythritol in mixed solvents decrease with increasing organic solvent content at constant temperature; ► Correlated with the modified Apelblat equation and the Buchwski-Ksiazaczak λh equation; ► The modified Apelblat equation was more accurate than the Buchwski-Ksiazaczak λh equation;
