High-Q microwave dielectric properties in the Na0.5Sm0.5TiO3Â + Cr2O3 ceramics by one synthetic process

The experimental XPS results showed that Cr3+ substitution restrained the formation of Ti3+ ions in the Na0.5Sm0.5TiO3 + Cr2O3 ceramics by one synthetic process. Fig. 6.
